Im always skeptical with taking my vehicle in for service, especially to a new shop. Unfortunately, other auto shops have lied to me, overcharged, or treated me like Im just a woman who doesnt know anything. NOT WEST COAST! First, they got me in THE SAME DAY for new breaks, an oil change, and tire rotation. Secondly, their service was EXCELLENT and they treated me with respect by taking the time to explain everything without being condescending. Ive never felt more comfortable at an auto shop. And lastly, they had amazing deals on Groupon, which they honored without an issue at all. THANK YOU, West Coast!! Youve made a new long term customer!!
After going 6,000+ miles on my Texas trip, need another oil change. First time here. Evaristo has a cool kid like mine who gave us the same gift years ago. They do everything but transmission and A/C. Pretty sure I’ll be back.
Let’s you pick what you want and not what they want you to buy. They make sure thar you’re satisfied. Plus if you use SNAP then you don’t need any money. Just pick what you want and they will do the rest. My second time going there and they remember you.
