I Recently Purchased New Winter Tires
I recently purchased new winter tires at your West Lebanon, NH store. Craig and all the folks at the store were great at getting me in for the new winter tires all the way around despite it being the start the busy time for that service. I had one tire that wasn’t holding air and again, Craig and folks went out of their way to help me and get the problem resolved. I would recommend the west leb store for service to anyone. 5 stars

Front End Alignment Ripoff
Service manger was nice, went in for tire rotation and he recommended a alignment also on how tires were wearing, so I agreed. At state inspection next week I needed new front tie rods and another alignment Town fair tire never should have done alignment according to mechanic, very obvious old tie rods were bad, a lot of movement

Shevar At Townfair Tires In Middletown
Shevar at Townfair Tires in Middletown was amazing! I had an emergenncy with my tire was lucky enough to be near the Middletown Townfair store. Shevar made sure my tire was attended to right away and I was in and out in an hour, which was imperative because I had to be in class to teach at the university within the hour! Thank you for the prompt service!

I Would Give The Chicopee Store Zero
I would give the Chicopee store zero stars!! I purchased 4 new TOYO AT3 today and the installer damage all 4 wheels/rims of my 2021 AT4. He mounted 3 tires one way and a one tire a different way. The yellow circle that comes from the factory tire to help balance was not by the valve stem. The old glue from the old wheel weights is still on the wheel/rim. The store manager didn’t care . Regional manager was at the store he was too busy to look at it or speak to me due to being on a phone call. The assistant manager or store manager was suppose to call me back by 6pm close of business and never did. This was poor customer services and care.

Note Re: Setting Appointments
Review edited. Tire purchase offers free rotation. I was told by my local store, incorrectly, that set appointments are only available at certain times of the year. The only option the store offered was to leave my vehicle for the day or wait a potentially long period of time. As a result of this Trustpilot review, I was contacted by Town Fair customer service and given an appointment of my choosing. I appreciate the follow up and appropriate service in the end. Jameson And The Crew At Town Fair Tire
Jameson and the crew at Town Fair Tire in Concord NH were great. Jameson was very knowledgeable about the tires they sell, he was up front with prices and explained any rebates that were taking place. His communication was very much appreciated. I Bought Tires Here Based On The
I bought tires here based on the ability to have free rotations as needed and have now been told they dont make appointments for rotations and you have to drop your car off in the morning for pick up by 7pm. Since I only have one car, this is not going to work for me. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

This Morning I Hit A Pothole And It
This morning I hit a pothole and it destroyed my tire. I was able to drive it to the nearest Town Fair Tire Center at 1736 Boston Rd, Springfield MA and Dave Clerk # 056F was so quick, helpful, sincere, and the epitome of phenomenal customer service. You made my crappy morning so much better, I thank you!! The tire being put on with alignment only took 40 minutes. Truly am so appreciative for all the workers at TFT Boston Rd. You have earned a lifelong customer.

I Forgot My Original Appointment Date
I forgot my original appointment date and showed up the next day thinking this was the day. Mel in the Quincy store, was the best, he was able to get me in and also told me I had selected the wrong size for my truck, and the brand I paid for did not have my size. He got me better tires and honored the price I paid. He was so friendly and kind. I will recommend this store to everyone. Thanks Mel 🙂

Tft In Londonderry/garrett Was Awesome
I bought 4 new tires from the Londonderry store a year a go and just got a nail in one that couldn’t be fixed. Garret the mgr. was awesome and replaced all 4 tires with new ones because it was what was best for my Cadillac SRX and well under the cost for 1 new tire!Thanks Garret and your team!!

I have again purchased a new set of Continental True Contact Tour tires for my 2014 Honda Odyssey at Town Fair, 605 Amherst Street, North Nashua, NH. Again, I am pleased with the staff and service here. I stopped by yesterday to set up an appointment for today. They had the tires waiting for me today, installed them, and had me out the door in an hour. I am pleased with the price and the service. The manager, C.J., along with Chris, Anthony, and Nick are all very fine staff. No hassle.

I Will Not Be Returning Any Car For Service And Will Advise Others To Avoid This Chain
They made me sit there for an hour and a half without telling me their alignment tech went home early. The person behind the counter tried to do it only when I said something about it. How long was I supposed to sit there? If he told me that an hour ago I could have gone somewhere else and have it completed. I am a mechanic and have worked for Town Fair Tire in the past. I know how long it takes to accomplish this task.
