Utterly Appalling Lack Of Service
I am utterly appalled by the service experience at the N. Bell Cedar Park store! Took my truck in for tires 3/30/19, it ran out of gas as they were pulling it into the bay, and everyone just WENT BACK TO WORK without approaching me to notify me what had occurred. 10 minutes went by and still nothing. It took ME approaching THEM to ask what was going on and I was basically told I was out of luck and could walk to the gas station or call AAA. I get it, you don’t have gas at NTB, but don’t say “Oh well,” go back to work and dismiss your customer! How do you call that “customer service!” My family have been customers of NTB for 15 years and I assure you that we will NEVER go back.

I Called An Made A Appointment With The
I called an made a appointment with the NTB store on Concord pike in Delware to get 4 new Michelim tires installed on my car and also a front end alignment.Scott Told me it would take a hour and a half to do the job. After the hour and half they came out and told me it would be done in the next 15 minutes asked Scott how the alignment went and he said it was out a bit. They called me to the front desk and said it was all done.I got talking to Scott and then paid him and left the store.About a few miles down the road I pulled over to check my paperwork and noticed that they forgot to give me a print out for the front end alignment.I called back and Scott said he would put it in the mail for me.About 10 minutes later I get a call and it is Scott and he says the are going to refund half of my money back to me for the front end alignment. I said why would you do that he said that the back wheel was out and they were having trouble fixing it.At this time I yelled at him and said I want a full refund because you did not do the job right in the first place and tried to rip me off.I called back and got the manager John on the phone and they agreed to credit me a full refund for a front end alignment that was never done right.I would never do business again with ntb again they lost a loyal 20 year customer. This store is run by a bunch of amateurs !!!!

Tire Sensor Service At Ntb
My 2007 Honda CRV has a TPMS light on the dashboard. I bring it to NTB at the local in Woodbridge Virginia to replace the tire sensor and recalibrate it. They told me the vehicle need to replace all 4 sensors with the price of $400 some…About 3 months late the TPMS light is back on. I bring back to complain but they fail to fix it. I have been back and forth four-time and the problem has never been repaired until now. While I’m there at their shop, I meet a lady, her car has the same problem as mine and when I meet her that’s the third time she came back…….I hope this review can help someone avoid the mistake I did.

This Is The Problem I Encountered With

This is the problem I encountered with NTB when I took my 2006 Buck Le Sabre to have it inspected on June 3, 2020. At the time I got new tires, a synthetic oil change and the replacement of the steering gear and the rack and pinion system. I was able to drive the vehicle approximately 1,000 miles before it began having trouble with the steering system. This was in February, 2001 and we were in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I decided to park the car and take it back in June 1, 2021 when it was required to be inspected. At that time I told the technician about the steering problem. They put additional power steering fluid in the vehicle and told me that it was fixed. I began experiencing the same problem and took my car back to NTB for additional repairs. At that time they replaced the power steering pump at no charge. On my way home, I could tell that the work performed did not solve the problem. I was driving on the interstate and their negligence put my life at risk. At that time I decided that I had to take my car to the Buick dealership in order to fix my car. I was told at the dealership that the power steering lines were installed incorrectly and they had to replace the power steering pump and steering gear. It cost me $1,650 to restore my car to drivability. I contacted NTB and They denied any responsibility for this problem. Don’t take your car to NTD. They are incompetent.

I Took My Car To Ntb On Howe Ave In
I took my car to NTB on Howe Ave in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio for a oil change. I had a quote and time/date scheduled with NTB via their on line site. I arrived at location and the scheduler at front office would not honor their quote. He insisted on charging me a additional three dollars for shop rags etc. 8/24/21 at 3 pm. I was going to get a quote for tires and alignment as long I was there. Their scheduler was not a nice person. I left without the oil change. Its not the 3 dollars. How can you trust a company like this?

User Id And Password Guidelines
The perfect secure password is easy to remember, but difficult for outsiders to guess. Keep these tips in mind when creating your User ID and Password.
You should:
- Review the current Citibank Vulgar Language Policy.
- Make your User ID and Password two distinct entries.
- Make your User ID and Password different from the Security Word you provided when you applied for your card.
- Use phrases that combine spaces and words . NOTE: 1 space only between each word or character.
You should not:
- Use multiple consecutive spaces.
- Use more than three consecutive or sequential digits unless your User ID is an email address .
- Use a single word that can be found in the dictionary.
- Use something readily identifiable, such as your name, birthday, spouse or child’s name, Social Security Number, phone number or street address. These can be traced directly to you and are easy for potential hackers to guess.
- Use letters or numbers that are near each other on the keyboard .
Need more suggestions? Have some fun and try one of these formulas:
- Choose a meaningful phrase with 6-8 words in it and take the first character of each word to make your password: wboh9ya.
- Insert two digits into a word .
- Replace the vowels or other letters in a short phrase with numbers or other characters.
- Misspell a word, drop some letters, add other characters, or make up crazy words using symbols instead of vowels or consonants.
- Drop the vowels in a long word . Even better, add some numbers .
A Business Thats Falling Apart
Im totally shocked about this issue. I set up two oil changes a week ago for my car, and my wife car as well. I never had an issue with this company before until now. They told me to drop my car off early in the morning or Thursday night since the appointment was for Friday so I dropped it off Thursday night. They said once they complete my oil change, I can pick up my car around lunch time, and then leave my wife car so that both of them will be done by closing time. I called them several times asking for my car when I noticed that it was getting closer to theyre closing time. I was told that its still in the air. Everyone knows that an oil change doesnt take long. He said hell call me when its finished. I never received a call from them, neither did my wife car ever made it to theyre shop. We were supposed to be headed out of town that Friday night, and had to cancel everything because of theyre poor services. This is very very very unprofessional, when you have already set up an appointment a week in advance. They also keep calling me using someone else number when they have one of my cars thinking its me. I have spoken to them about putting the correct phone number of mines into theyre system. Theyre always pretending to correct it while Im standing in front of them, but its still the same problem. Theyre been changing my number in theyre system for 2 years now, and havent changed it yet.

I Went To Ntb In Virginia Beach Dont Go There
I went to NTB in Virginia Beach this morning. I did not get a receipt and was told they dont give a receipt. I had to call to find out that my car was ready for pick up. Went during my lunch time to pick my car up and waited 16 mins before anyone would come to assist me. Then they didn’t know where my key was. My tire was repaired but I was told I would have to drive my car for a while before the tire light will reset. DON’T waste you time or money going there. I had to take my car to Mercedes Benz to get it properly fixed. Thank God they didn’t charge my again. Lesson well learnt.

Unscrupulous Company Beware The Sales Pitch
My daughter called up NTB to get an estimate and was advised to bring the car in and they would price match. NTB did not diagnose the car but instead took it upon themselves to replace the front axles because my daughter told them she thinks that is where the clicking sound is coming from, according to the shop manager. A trained mechanic taking the advice of a college kid, go figure. Mind you, the car was taken to Hyundai a week prior and she was told that it was a steering column issue and gave her a price for the repair. The only reason she went to NTB was because she was duped into believing they would do a better job. After the “repairs” the problem was still there and the mechanic obviously knew this when he drove the car out of the bay. When my daughter brought it to his attention he told her to drive it around for a few days to see if it would go away. Obviously a ploy to shuffle her out the door after the payment was made. I promptly called the store and they said they would refund her the labor cost but not the parts and that in order to check the steering column it would require the removal of the airbag and they are not authorized to do so. At that point they should have released the car. Now she has to take it back to the dealer to fix the actual problem. I told a buddy of mine the story and his experience was almost the same. Shame on this company.

I Factual And Procedural Background
This case sounds in employment discrimination. Plaintiffs Everlina Jackson and Angela Moore are Maryland residents. Jackson and Moore used to work for Defendant National Tire & Battery . Although Plaintiffs do not allege their race or sex, the Court’s understanding is that they are African-American females.
In October 2008, Jackson applied for an assistant manager position. Defendant allegedly did not select her for the position and made her train other people for it.
Jackson also alleges that she “bases her claims for discrimination upon the facts underlying retaliation.” Doc. No. 1 ¶ 9. In this connection, Jackson alleges that Defendant would not allow her to return to work after she took FMLA leave in March 2010. Jackson does not allege any further facts regarding Defendant’s purported retaliation.
For her part, Moore alleges that Defendant subjected her to sexual and racial harassment from July 2009 to January 2010. In Moore’s words, Defendant based the harassment on her “dress, hair style, other items of appearance.” Id. ¶ 13. Moore adds that she “was not promoted and was given unequal work schedules by the Defendant . . . .” Id. ¶ 17. Moore alleges no further facts to support her claims.
On January 19, 2013, based on these meager allegations, Plaintiffs lodged their Complaint. On September 16, 2013, Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss. Doc. No. 10. Plaintiffs’ response was due by October 3, 2013. Although this date has passed, Plaintiffs have yet to respond.
